There can be many reasons why a card may be declined so the easiest way to get you back up and running again is to try paying via Paypal. If this still doesn't work then please do get in contact and we'll be glad to help you out.
This is the link you need with all the information: https://jtcguitar.com/article/jtc-ipad Our premium members use a TAB/Notation feature of our site provided by our good friends over at SoundSlice. Soundslice are constantly working to improve and increase support for iPad users and it will only get better and better as the development continues. For our download members, the simplest method is to download and unzip your files on a computer and then transfer the files across to your iPad/tablet device (we advise using cloud storage software as a nice easy method.
This depends on the product. Most of our jamtracks are between 3 and 6 minutes long. Some packages have two backing tracks… the extended jamtrack (with a filename ending in ‘_jt.mp3′) and a shorter backing track designed to fit the sample solo (with a filename ending in ‘_sjt.mp3′).When the package is based around a composed song (such as Jack Thammarat’s ‘On The Way’) there is no extended jamtrack… just a standard backing track.
Our prices are in British Pounds, but you can buy our products wherever you are. To check our prices in your currency, you can use the Universal Currency Converter.
We do occasionally email specific discount codes in our newsletters out via our mailing list. Other ways include checking out the Special Offers page, as well as downloading the Jam Of The Month free download which often includes exclusive discount codes too.
Once you have downloaded your purchase you need to extract the files from the zip file. Sometimes our zip files can be large and some native zip extractor software can't handle the size. In this case our go to is a free program called 7-zip, which will open any zip file size.

Because of the digital (non-physical) nature of our products, we can unfortunately not give refunds for mistaken purchases or issues of personal taste that have been downloaded. We track the amount of downloads on each purchase, as well as time spent streaming via Interactive Tab. If the download and streaming count is still 0 then we will happily replace or refund a purchase.
Why would you want to?! If you are looking to adjust your membership, you can do so by signing in and heading to https://jtcguitar.com/profile/paymentoptions.  If you cancel your subscription you will retain that level of access until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to a free account on the renewal date.
JTC+ members have full streaming access, so anywhere you have an internet connection you can view the tabs and content online. If printing the tabs is essential then our advice is to purchase the product for download, where you can print from the PDF document versions.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset on the login page.
Cards can be declined for many reasons. The most common ones we come across are that the CVC code (the three-digit code on the back of the card) is entered incorrectly, the address entered doesn’t match the one your bank has on file for that card, and insufficient funds/credit.Sometimes banks have issues with allowing international payments, so it may be worth contacting your bank to see if they are blocking the transaction. If you have another card you can use, you’re welcome to try that as well providing the details you enter for name and address match the ones on file for that bank card.We also offer alternative payment options such as PayPal.
